Consulting is the most important part of communication with the customer.  Without it the process can get muddy.

As you can see in the graphic above, bad communication will cause a confusing result that will affect the outcome.  Our first priorty is to understand what the customer needs by listening clearly and making recommendations as the discussion goes along so everyone knows all options and can make an informed decision.
